Job summary

KAI GUAN COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking and packing orders, maintaining stock accuracy, and assisting with shipping and receiving.

You will work a 5.5-day week, lifting up to 25 kg, and have the chance to obtain licenses such as Class 3 or forklift. The position is permanent with steady hours and a focus on safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Able to lift and move heavy items up to 25KG.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Class 3 license or forklift license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated areas.
• Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment activities.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
