Job summary

SMT AFLOAT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support stock counts, inventory control, and goods handling. The role requires physical work, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate a forklift where licensed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Having forklift license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock counts and assist with regular inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual documentation.
• Perform duty of receiving and put away including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading and repacking.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Operating of forklift (applicable for those who holds forklift license).
• Perform any other job-related functions as assigned by Superior.

Your role as a Warehouse Assistant, responsibilities include:

• Conduct stock counts and assist with regular inventory reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual documentation

• Performing of general housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
