Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking warehouse staff to manage daily operations including loading, unloading, and sorting products. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and conducting stock counts.

The ideal candidate should understand warehouse operations, possess a forklift license, and be willing to work overtime. Monthly allowances, performance bonuses, and uniforms are provided upon confirmation of employment.

Qualifications

• Understand daily warehouse operations.
• Preferably possess warehouse working experience.
• Have a forklift license.
• Those without a forklift license but open to obtain one will be considered; training will be arranged by the company.
• Understand basic English.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Positive, good personality and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

• Daily warehouse operation duties, including loading and unloading of products (finished products/materials).
• Picking and packing goods; assist in labelling when required.
• Sorting and organizing of goods.
• Operate forklift for warehouse duties.
• Housekeeping of the warehouse area.
• Organize goods and ensure the warehouse area is in organized condition.
• Stock count, when necessary.
• Report to Manager about shortages and damaged goods and faults of equipment/forklift.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the company.

• Housekeeping of the warehouse area (e.g., sweep floor, tidy the warehouse, etc.)
• Organize goods and ensure the warehouse area is in organized condition
• Stock count, when necessary

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Compensation

• Work location: Woodlands, Singapore
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 7am-5pm; Sat (voluntarily) 7am-4.30pm / 5.30pm
• Break time: 1 hour
• Overtime pay
• Monthly allowances upon confirmation
• Entitled for AWS
• Performance bonus (subject to individual and company's performance)
