Job summary

HOHZ TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. You will be involved in receiving, inspecting, storing, inventorying, picking, packing, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience. The role is onsite at Gold Pine Industrial Building, with weekday hours and a Saturday shift, contributing to efficient wholesale and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR status required.
• Able to read English.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to carry heavy items up to 30 kg.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and check items.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify quantities against invoices and purchase orders.
• Sort and store items in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and update inventory records.
• Pack goods securely for delivery; assist with loading/unloading as needed.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Checking Goods

• Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
• Verify quantities against supplier invoices and purchase orders

2. Storage & Organization

• Sort and store items in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
• Follow proper stacking and storage procedures

3. Inventory Management

• Perform stock counts and inventory checks
• Update inventory records accurately
• Report any shortages or damaged goods

4. Picking & Packing

• Pick items based on order lists
• Pack goods securely for delivery
• Follow standard packing procedures and guidelines

5. Loading & Unloading

• Load goods onto delivery vehicles for wholesale customers
• Unload incoming shipments
• Assist with delivery of goods when required

6. Warehouse Maintenance

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety at all times

7. Any other ad hoc warehouse duties

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday:12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Singaporeans or PRs only
• Able to read English
