Job summary

InternSG is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant to join our East Singapore operations. The role emphasizes stock movements, WMS usage, and warehouse administration.

Responsibilities include receiving, issuing, transfers, inventory accuracy, loading/unloading, and daily 5S practices. Immediate availability preferred and the candidate should be able to work independently in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in warehouse administration or inventory coordination preferred.
• Immediate availability or short-notice candidates preferred.
• Able to handle physical warehouse duties.
• Possess a valid forklift license (optional).

• Assist with audit preparation and stock checks.
• Maintain good housekeeping and daily 5S standards.
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant to join our operations team on the East side of Singapore. Candidates with strong WMS and warehouse administration experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stock movement activities including receiving, issuing, and bin-to-bin transfers
• Ensure inventory and stock location accuracy within the warehouse
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions
• Support warehouse administration and documentation processes
• Monitor and record Relative Humidity readings daily

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm
