Job summary

STEADFAST INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative to manage daily warehouse operations, source parts, pack for delivery, and handle loading/unloading of pallets.

You will contribute to accurate inventory and orderly storage while supporting logistics activities. The role requires physical endurance for heavy lifting, the ability to work under pressure, and basic English or Mandarin communication to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry heavy loads and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic literacy to read and converse in English or Mandarin for communication and instruction comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Source required parts, verify quantities, and pack them accurately for delivery
• Load and unload pallets for freight forwarders safely and efficiently
• Perform basic wrapping and palletizing to prepare goods for shipment
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage with basic stock arrangement
• Replenish stock on shelves and conduct stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist team members and maintain good housekeeping standards in the warehouse
• Prioritize and complete multiple tasks independently and collaboratively under workload pressure
• Follow procedures and instructions precisely to ensure operational compliance

You will manage warehouse operations including sourcing parts, packing for delivery, loading and unloading pallets, stock replenishment, and maintaining storage organization to support efficient logistics and inventory control.
