Job summary

HR Focus in Singapore is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily operations, inbound/outbound, and stock counts. The role requires Singaporean with NITEC/N/O level, bilingual English/Chinese, and at least 1 year warehousing experience.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 with alternate Saturday 8:00–12:15; salary up to SGD 2,400 with transport provided, medical/dental insurance, and a variable bonus plus 13th month AWS.

Qualifications

• Singaporean with NITEC/N/O level and credit in English and Chinese.
• 1 year warehouse experience and ability to lift heavy parts.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for Mandarin communication.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good team player and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations: inbound receiving, sorting, put-away.
• Handle outbound picking, packing, and releasing of goods.
• Conduct stock cycle counts regularly.
• Maintain 5C housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
• Able to operate reach truck.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned; training will be provided.

• 1 year warehouse working experience and able to to carry heavy parts

• Bilingual in English and Chinese as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking co-workers.

• With forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily warehouse operations in:

  • Inbound: receiving, sorting, put-away

  • Outbound: picking, packing, and releasing of goods

• Conduct regular stock cycle counts

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety according to 5C/housekeeping standards

• Able to operate reach truck

• Applicant with forklift license is an added advantage

• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Training will be provided

Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:30

• Alternate Saturday, 8:00 – 12:15

Basic Salary : Up to $2400 (depend on experience) + Allowance + Overtime
