Job summary

HART ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day operations including receiving, picking, packing, kitting, loading, unloading and shipping. You will maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock counts, ensuring documentation and upkeep of warehouse equipment.

The role requires a valid forklift license, ability to work independently or in a team, and basic English reading skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistic experience.
• Must possess a valid Forklift License and be able to operate a forklift safely.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy items.
• Attention to details.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic ability to read and understand English.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in warehouse such as loading and unloading goods, performing pick & pack, kitting, receiving & shipping operations
• To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse and warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker are well maintained at all times.
