Job summary

ANR Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day receiving, packing and local delivery operations. You will handle goods arriving at the office, check for damage, prepare items for delivery, and arrange deliveries to customers using the right service.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training will be provided, and you will keep the warehouse tidy and organised. Working hours are 5 days per week, 1pm–6pm, with pay of SGD 14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand basic English.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Able to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Careful when checking, handling and packing goods.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deliveries and parcels.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open incoming goods and parcels.
• Check received goods for damage, incorrect quantities, or other visible issues.
• Repackage items appropriately for delivery to customers.
• Prepare and organise delivery routes for local deliveries.
• Arrange deliveries to customers using the appropriate delivery service.
• Arrange courier pickups for overseas shipments.
• Print and replace product labels when existing labels have expired or need to be updated.
• Ensure goods are labelled, packed and organised correctly before dispatch.
• Keep the warehouse, packing area and surrounding workspace clean and tidy.
• Carry out other basic warehouse and logistics duties when required.

Working Hours and Pay
