Job summary

TWO FATMAN LLP is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, picking and packing orders, and loading deliveries. You will help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

The position requires basic literacy, physical fitness, and teamwork. A forklift license is preferred or required for some positions, with standard weekday hours and a Saturday half-day as noted.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Forklift license preferred or required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
• Unload, sort, label, and store products in the correct locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load goods onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform stock counting and assist with inventory control.
• Update inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

• Salary: Basic $1800.00 plus $200.00 performance allowance; basic salary will be adjusted upon confirmation
