Job summary

ANR Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, packing and local deliveries. The role focuses on accurate handling of goods, batch checks, and tidy storage.

You will follow SOPs, use mobile apps for tracking, and coordinate with couriers. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand basic English.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Careful when checking, handling and packing goods.
• Organised and able to keep track of multiple deliveries and parcels.
• Responsible and attentive to detail.
• No prior warehouse experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open incoming goods and parcels.
• Check received goods for damage, incorrect quantities, or other visible issues.
• Repackage items appropriately for delivery to customers.
• Prepare and organise delivery routes for local deliveries.
• Arrange deliveries to customers using the appropriate delivery service.
• Arrange courier pickups for overseas shipments.
• Print and replace product labels when existing labels have expired or need to be updated.
• Ensure goods are labelled, packed and organised correctly before dispatch.
• Keep the warehouse, packing area and surrounding workspace clean and tidy.
• Carry out other basic warehouse and logistics duties when required.

The role involves handling goods that arrive at our office, checking that items are in good condition, preparing them for delivery, and arranging deliveries to our customers. You will also help ensure that our warehouse and packing areas remain organised and tidy.

Working Hours and Pay

5 days per week, 5 hours per day from 1pm to 6pm

$14 per hour
