Job summary

Randtech Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support clerical and administrative work within the warehouse while handling material movements to prioritize urgent items. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will perform inventory organization, packaging and labeling with invoicing, and coordination of shipping requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred or 2 years of experience in lieu of studies.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 1-year experience in international and/or domestic shipping.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Move, inventory and materials to quality inspectors.
• Sort, organize and store inventory in designated location.
• Ensure correct packaging and labeling with international and domestic invoicing.
• Perform clerical work in warehouse, including supplier invoice review, customs clearance, test report preparation.
• Organise and maintain inventory storage locations for optimal efficiency.
• Perform administrative work in warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with shipping standards and safety procedures.
• Support QFC Management in the update of KPI’s and lean initiatives.

Job description

The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the flows for warehouse operation. The Warehouse Administrator supports clerical and administration works in warehouse, and some movement of material that to ensure the most urgent stuff is prioritized. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety, quality and operational standards is essential to succeed in this role.
