Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics-focused professional to oversee Warehouse & System Operations, ensuring accurate data in WMS and customer systems. You will coordinate with customers on daily needs, respond to inquiries, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role also covers billing verification, ensuring accuracy of summaries and resolving discrepancies with relevant teams. You will support inbound/outbound scheduling and escalate delays to management.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate operational data, transactions and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or customer systems.
• Ensure system records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor operational information and documentation to support smooth warehouse activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers on daily operational matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Verify billing summaries against supporting operational documents.
• Ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
• Follow up on discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.
• Monitor operational schedules and promptly highlight potential delays or issues.
• Escalate irregularities, discrepancies and customer escalations to the direct supervisor.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
