Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure top-tier performance metrics in our Singapore facility. You will coordinate with shopfloor and procurement teams, drive timely deliveries, and support cross-department collaboration to resolve warehouse issues.

The role includes training staff on outbound processes, maintaining 5S standards, and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed to sustain smooth warehouse operations.

• Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers regarding delivery orders and returns.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve warehouse operation issues.
• Generate and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.
• Organize and schedule daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
• Train employees on outbound processes in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment in line with 5S principles.
• Perform additional warehousing duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
