Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support professional to manage daily data processing and system transactions in the WMS and customer systems.

You will handle customer communications by email and phone, review billing summaries, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, monitor operations, escalate discrepancies, maintain records, and assist with other admin tasks as needed by management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily data processing and system transactions in the WMS and/or customer systems.
• Handle customer communications via email and phone on day-to-day operational matters.
• Review billing summaries and cross-check them against relevant operational documents and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure inbound and outbound activities are arranged and completed within the required timelines.
• Monitor operational activities and follow up on discrepancies or outstanding matters.
• Identify and escape irregularities, discrepancies and customer concerns to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure operational documentation is properly updated.
• Support the team with other operational or administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
