Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse operations at our Tuas location in Singapore.

The role covers handling shipments, paperwork, inventory accuracy, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining secure, orderly records. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, 5-day week.

Salary is up to SGD 2,400 per month; relevant working experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Phone and email customer service assistance.
• Prepare import/export and shipping paperwork and invoice orders after shipments have been closed.
• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
• Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.
• Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.
• Verify that every inventory is accurate.
• Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.
• Take care of general office housekeeping.
• Preserve a secure workplace.
• Complete any additional work-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.
