Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to support inbound/outbound shipments, maintain filing, and assist with stock counts. You will coordinate with warehouse staff and update the WMS, tracking discrepancies and handling daily admin tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipment documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse operations and update shipment/receipt status in WMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to resolve stock and operational issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records for shipments and warehouse activities.
• Track inventory discrepancies, returns, and stock movements to ensure accuracy.
• Support daily warehouse administration, including attendance and asset records.
• Assist with stock counts, audits, and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned.
