Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for Tai Seng, Singapore.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with a salary of SGD 2,500– SGD 3,000 per month plus AWS. Join a hands-on warehouse environment handling daily receiving, inventory and shipment operations. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, basic data entry skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude, with reliable, punctual work habits.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, goods receiving or pick & pack experience preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse duties, including lifting and moving cartons/materials.
• Able to manually stretch-wrap approximately 20 pallets daily
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking
• Able to communicate effectively with teammates
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and a good team player

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, unloading, verification and documentation
• Carry out accurate pick & pack duties
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Prepare, pack and arrange shipments for dispatch
• Perform basic system data entry and shipment tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned
