Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities.

You will work closely with operations to provide feedback to customers and coordinate issue resolution. You will also generate KPIs and reports, verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supplies, and coordinate urgent orders while maintaining accurate system transactions.

Qualifications

• ITE/Nitec/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment activities.
• Provide information/feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on a timely basis.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for discrepancies.
• Monitor usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations and transporter.
• Maintain accuracy and timely updates of system transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager and maintain company policies.
