National University Health Services Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Food Service Assistant to deliver meals to patients, ensure order accuracy, and support nursing staff in meeting patients' nutritional needs.

The role requires a passion for healthcare, good customer service, and the ability to work in a team with staggered hours, including some weekends and public holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Min GCE N level or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverages is an advantage.
• Healthcare passion required.
• Excellent customer service with a can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and team-oriented.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work on staggered hours with rotating weekends (one Sat/Sun per week).
• Shifts from 7am – 4.30pm or 10am – 7.30pm.
• Able to work on public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Serve meals and drinks to patients and clear after meals.
• Check food served against patient meal orders.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards at workstation and follow health/sanitation regulations.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serving of food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Checking food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Has a passion for healthcare
• Min GCE N level or its equivalent
• Experience in Food & Beverages will be an advantage. Candidates who do not have the relevant
• experience but have a passion for the healthcare industry are welcome to apply
• Possess excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work on staggered working hours with rotational weekends, which includes one Saturday or Sunday a week to meet operational needs
