Apple is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Apple Wallet, Payments and Commerce in SEA. Based in Singapore, you will lead cross-functional programs to integrate new card issuers, transit operators, loyalty programs and more for Apple Pay.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Operations and Marketing, as well as with networks and partners to deliver Wallet solutions while maintaining high quality and security standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Product/technical expertise with ability to support external partners with successful project and partner management experience.
• Strong product background in payments and related domains.
• Direct experience or knowledge of API technologies and delivery of API-based products/services.
• Ability to context switch to deliver multiple projects with partners across industries.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help formulate and coordinate requirements and onboarding plans including scope definition for payment architectures and testing.
• Support existing partners with issue identification and resolution.
• Understand Apple and industry standards to drive Wallet adoption by solving customer problems.
• Coordinate communication within core team and external partner engagement teams; raise issues as needed.
• Work with Product/Engineering, payment networks, processors and integrators to resolve implementation issues.
• Participate in external meetings to assess partner capabilities and risks; identify and mitigate risks.
• Prioritise multiple partner interactions from initiation to completion with regular updates to senior management.
