Job summary

Apple Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager for Apple Pay eCommerce across South East Asia.

You will drive merchant and customer adoption through strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs and enablers, and you will secure acceptance of Apple Pay in merchant apps and websites. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex payment ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimally 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to evangelise new payment products to technical and non-technical decision makers.
• Experience negotiating terms with strategic partners.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with executive presence.
• Experience working with merchants, PSPs, payment schemes and processors.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic pipeline of prospective partners to increase merchant coverage and Apple Pay eCommerce adoption.
• Negotiate deal terms with key decision makers to close partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on partner definitions, product requirements, integration plans, and go‑to‑market launches.
• Drive ongoing partnerships with feature enhancements and customer adoption.
• Provide regular communications to internal teams on partnership strategy and results.
• Occasional regional travel is required.
