Job summary

Apple is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Apple Wallet, Payments and Commerce in SEA. You will lead cross-functional efforts with partners, engineering, operations and networks to define and deliver Wallet solutions.

You will own onboarding plans, requirements, testing and post-launch operations, balancing business needs with technical feasibility in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers exposure to cutting-edge payment technologies and APIs through collaboration with issuers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Product/technical expertise to support external partners and manage projects.
• Strong payments background and delivery/execution experience.
• Direct experience or knowledge of API technologies for API-based products.
• Ability to switch context to deliver multiple projects with partners across industries.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate requirements and onboarding plans for Wallet partners, defining scope and architecture.
• Support existing partners with issue identification and resolution.
• Understand Apple and industry standards to drive Wallet adoption.
• Coordinate communication within core team and external partner teams; raise issues as needed.
• Work with Product/Engineering, payment networks, processors and integrators to resolve issues.
• Participate in external meetings to evaluate partner capabilities and risks; identify mitigations.
• Prioritize multiple partner interactions from initiation to completion with updates to senior management.
