Job summary

WHITE BEEHOON RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. seeks a Service Crew Member to support cashier, bar, hostess, dine-in and takeaway operations in a busy Chinese F&B setting. You will greet customers, process orders, handle payments and help maintain smooth restaurant flow.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating in English and Mandarin, and collaborate across stations to ensure high service standards. Training is provided for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Chinese F&B / restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, friendly and service-focused attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the restaurant serves both Chinese-speaking and non-Chinese-speaking customers.
• Energetic, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Chinese restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and develop new skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry food trays when required.
• Prior F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins and table seating efficiently.

• Maintain a friendly and composed manner, particularly during peak periods.
• Coordinate the smooth flow of dine-in and takeaway orders.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen, service and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Cashier
