Job summary

White Restaurant is seeking a Service Crew Member to deliver excellent customer service across cashier, bar, hostess, and dine-in/takeaway operations in a fast-paced Chinese F&B environment in Singapore.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, preparing beverages, managing reservations and seating, and coordinating smooth order flow with kitchen and delivery teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, with a positive, proactive attitude and teamwork focus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Chinese F&B / restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, friendly and service-focused attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin; essential.
• Energetic and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and develop new skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry food trays when required.
• Prior F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Role Overview

As a Service Crew Member, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth restaurant operations in a Chinese F&B restaurant environment. You will be responsible for supporting various service stations, including cashier, bar, hostess, dine-in and takeaway operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cashier

• Greet customers warmly and process dine-in and takeaway orders accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card and digital payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.

Bar Crew

• Prepare and serve Chinese teas, soft drinks and other beverages according to established standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all beverages.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.

Hostess / Guest Service

• Welcome and assist customers professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and table seating efficiently.
• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain a friendly and composed manner, particularly during peak periods.

Main Station Coordinator – Dine-In & Takeaway

• Coordinate the smooth flow of dine-in and takeaway orders.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen, service and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve service issues.
• Communicate clearly with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
