Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Process role in wafer fabrication. You will provide operations support to the production line, own operational issues, and drive quality, yield and cost improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and collaboration with maintenance, supervision and engineering teams to meet targets and drive TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost-effective manufacturing processes in wafer fabrication and provide operations support to the production line.
• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities with real-time problem analysis and solutions.
• Ensure high quality, high yield, and low cost by coordinating with maintenance, supervisors and engineers.
