Job summary

STMicroelectronics, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Device Engineer in Singapore to drive yield and D0 improvements. You will analyze silicon data, support technology and product development, and collaborate across divisions to ensure timely transfers and robust processes.

You will work with toolsets to analyze wafers, resolve line issues, and participate in MRB sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics (MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and power devices).
• Strong communication in English; analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze zero yield wafers or low yield wafers to achieve yield improvement.
• Resolve process issues with Modules and ensure smooth line flow to meet customer delivery.
• Characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
• Liaise with division teams (ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG) and support tech transfer with defined timelines.
• Conduct MRB meetings with Division about disposition of SBL lot weekly.
