Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd invites you to join a global semiconductor leader in Singapore. The role focuses on collaborating with R&D, development and process integration teams to drive new development, process improvements and technology transfer.

You will work with manufacturing and process engineering to resolve yield and quality issues, optimize processes, and design experiments to enhance fab performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master/PhD in relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar field.
• Process integration knowledge with manufacturing process and device physics.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes; Backend and reliability implications.
• Understanding of statistical process controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel if business requires.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RND, Development and Process Integration teams for new development and process improvement.
• Engage and/or lead cross-area teams for technology and product transfer.
• Interact with manufacturing and process engineering to resolve yield and quality issues.
• Work with module teams to optimize current process to improve manufacturability, yield and performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality.
• Ensure technology and/or product development are qualified with high quality.
