Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering or production field.
• 1–2 years of wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost-effective manufacturing process in wafer fabrication and provide operations support to production line.
• Real-time problem analysis and immediate solutions to maintain smooth process flow.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Specialists, Supervisors, and Engineers to meet quality, yield, and cost targets.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive improvements (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, etc.).
• Support Process Engineer improvements and optimize job efficiency.
• Escalate abnormalities and ensure On-Time execution and data entry.
