STMicroelectronics in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to advance process integration and drive manufacturability improvements across RND, development and production teams. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, design experiments, and ensure high quality in new technology transfers.

The role requires 5–8 years in a similar field, strong communication, and deep knowledge of fabrication processes, device physics, and statistical process controls. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master or PhD in Material, Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and device physics.
• Understanding of statistical process controls.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with RND, Development and Process Integration for new development and process improvement.
• Engage and/or lead cross-area organization teams for technology and/or product transfer.
• Interact and coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering team to resolve yield and quality issues.
• Work closely with module to optimize current process to improve manufacturability, yield and performance of products.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments and investigation split to improve fab process, yield, and quality.
• Ensuring development of the technology and/or products are qualified with high level of quality.
