STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a manufacturing professional to manage cost-effective wafer fabrication processes and provide hands-on operations support to the production line. The role focuses on maintaining day-to-day manufacturing activity with real-time problem solving and driving quality improvements.

You will collaborate with maintenance, supervisors and engineers to ensure high yield, low scrap, and efficient process flow while adhering to security and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical field.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication and provide operations support to the production line.
• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities with real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality and yield by coordinating with Maintenance Specialists, Supervisors and Engineers to meet targets.
• Monitor and improve department quality KPIs (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance).
• Carry out quality tasks and support Process Engineer improvements and efficiency.
• Respond to Lots on Hold and execute SWR/DOE/Trial R&D lots.
