JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY seeks a capable technical liaison to provide high-level customer interaction, translate requirements into specifications, support business development, and advocate for customer needs.

The role focuses on delivering prompt technical support, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating solutions in English, with a strong foundation in science or engineering and data/PM tools knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Proactive approach with strong customer focus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of database software, spreadsheet and statistical software, and project management techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class technical support by resolving customer technical issues promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill new customer requirements and respond to customer data inquiries efficiently.
• Establish and maintain communication channels to understand customers' current and future technical needs.
• Interpret customer specification requirements to determine optimal qualification and production processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop strategies and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) that meet customer expectations.
• Represent the company in customer meetings by preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate solutions and follow up on customer concerns.
• Communicate company improvement projects and process changes to customers and coordinate customer qualification activities.
