Job summary

Jih Sun Employment Agency seeks a proactive Field Service Engineer to deliver repair and preventive maintenance for etch, clean, and deposition equipment at customer sites. You will handle installations, relocations, start-up checks, and ensure minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, diagnostics, ECOs, process qualification, and maintaining service records while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical discipline with hands-on equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install & commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites, perform start-up and check-out.
• Provide on-site preventive maintenance and warranty/support for tools.
• Troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems and diagnose issues; determine corrective actions.
