Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation is seeking a capable professional to lead technicians in daily fab operations and collaborate across teams to achieve automation milestones. The role focuses on wafer management, production coordination, and improving tooling to sustain quality and efficiency.

You will contribute to cost reductions through container improvements, promote 5S and safety practices, and demonstrate data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor fab manufacturing.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Data-driven, independent contributor with self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to technicians(s) in daily operational functions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to attain both short and long term Fab automation milestones
• Streamlines control wafer management in bid to support and sustain daily Fab operations
• Collaborates with Production Control & Planning teams for the timely administration of wafer-starts
• Manages development and upkeeping of manufacturing peripherals so as to realize quality excellence towards hardware components
• Spearheads improvement projects pertaining to wafer containers as part of continuous improvement and cost reduction drive
• Cultivates Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimal 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background
• Team leadership experiences is an advantage
• Independent contributor and robust self-starter with a strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
• Adequate in relating to a varying demographical workforce
• Conversant with MS Windows software
