5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Application Engineer (Development) to support customers with detailed issue analysis and reliable solutions.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, sales and production to resolve design problems during and after implementation, leveraging strong product knowledge and English communication. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Engineering and 3–5 years in the semiconductor industry, with demonstrated project

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.

• Knowledge of industry trends and sales opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support with detailed analysis of issues to meet customer product needs.
• Identify reliable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the process.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, sales, production and customer to resolve problems during and after implementation.
• Maintain expert product knowledge to understand customer demands.
• Consult with sales on routine technical issues and ensure solutions integrate with current production system.
• Visit key customers to support design problems or competitive situations.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by responding to request with details analysis of issue/trouble to meet customer product needs
• Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the process.
• Works with engineering, sales, and production team and serve as liaison between company and customer to resolve problem arise during and after new implementation.
• Require proficient level of product knowledge and application to understand demands of customers
• Consults with sale team on routine technical issue and make sure proposed solution to be integrated with current production system.
• Visit key customers to support specific design problems or competitive situations
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Material Science, Engineering or any equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Demonstrating project management abilities
• Strong communication skills and experience in global organization
• Maintain expert knowledge on industry trends sales and identify opportunities to help future growth.
