Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. on our trading floor seeks a Vice President in the Currencies Emerging Markets Trading team to lead market strategies and manage risk across EM Asia Rates, FX, and Credits. The role involves mentoring junior talent and strengthening client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee pre-trade analysis, execution, and post-trade processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable profitability for institutional accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking/financial industries with EM Asia Rates, FX, or Credits
• Strong experience in Rates volatility trading with Asia/G10 exposure
• Proven track record in risk management, trading execution and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Lead trading activities in EM Asia Rates, FX and Credits, managing risk and liquidity for institutional accounts
• Develop and execute market strategies using deep market analysis to anticipate trends
• Oversee pre-trade analysis, trade execution and post-trade processes with compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored market solutions
• Drive revenue while balancing risk and client needs for team profitability
• Mentor Associates and junior traders, sharing insights and fostering performance
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance trading strategies and growth initiatives
