Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President in Currencies Emerging Markets Trading to lead trading activities in EM Asia Rates, FX, and Credits. You will develop market strategies, manage risk, and foster client relationships with institutional accounts.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship of junior traders, and collaboration with senior management to drive growth and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking/financial industries with EM Asia exposure.
• Proven track record in risk management, trades, and revenue generation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of risk, market dynamics and fixed income fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead trading activities in EM Asia Rates, FX and Credits for institutional accounts.
• Develop and execute market strategies leveraging deep market analysis.
• Oversee pre-trade analysis, execution, and post-trade processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely market updates.
• Drive revenue generation while balancing risk and client needs.
• Mentor Associates and junior traders to foster a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance trading strategies and growth.
