Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Project Manager to provide end-to-end PM oversight for corporate and consumer technology projects. You will coordinate development, integration, and rollout activities, working with business partners and external vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery across project lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring quality and regulatory compliance within a banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project management in banking delivering projects > S$1M.
• PM certification or formal training in project management is an advantage.
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Solid experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management oversight from initiation to rollout/stabilization.
• Coordinate activities across multiple development, product management, UX and QA teams in a matrix organization.
• Liaise with business partners and external vendors; manage vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements and are approved by sponsors.
