Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Cards Product Manager within OCBC Cards Payments and Personal Loan to manage a portfolio of consumer, business and corporate card products, shaping propositions and driving performance. You’ll work across functions to enhance customer journeys and support the bank’s card strategy.

You will need a solid background in credit cards, payments and portfolio economics, with a data-driven, customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of card products, payments and lifecycle management.
• Experience shaping propositions, driving portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product and journey improvements.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including digital, marketing, risk and finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product plans for consumer, business and corporate card products.
• Manage key P&L levers for the assigned products, including revenue growth and cost discipline.
• Improve end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, usage, servicing, retention and renewal.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance teams to deliver campaigns and new capabilities.
