Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Portfolio Management, Product Lead (VP) to own and grow the unsecured instalment loan portfolio across Credit Cards and EasiCredit. You will drive end-to-end P&L, pricing, lifecycle management and revenue growth while ensuring strong risk and regulatory governance.

You will partner with Digital, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Operations to deliver sustainable growth, shape product roadmaps, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in product management, portfolio management or consumer lending.
• Strong knowledge of unsecured lending and related products.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end P&L, profitability, performance and growth of the unsecured instalment loan portfolio.
• Drive acquisition, lifecycle management, pricing, segmentation and revenue optimisation.
• Shape and execute the product roadmap including new propositions and digital capabilities.
• Utilise data to forecast outcomes and improve business performance.
• Collaborate with Digital, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Operations.
