Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of product management experience in banking, lending, fintech or related financial services.
• Proven track record of growing products through campaigns, pricing strategies or digital feature launches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and customer insights into commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing end-to-end product delivery and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Self-motivated and agile, with the ability to respond to changing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth, profitability and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with technology, digital and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and initiatives.
• Define business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead end-to-end delivery from ideation through implementation.
• Design, implement and manage product campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Analyze product and portfolio performance, customer behaviour and key metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards and risk management frameworks.
