Job summary

Maybank Singapore invites a Product Manager for Unsecured Credit to refresh propositions, run tactical campaigns and drive loans growth to sustain product competitiveness and profitability within the bank’s strategic goals.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, review competitors, digitize the application front-end and lead digital campaigns to attract and activate customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3–5 years of experience in unsecured lending.
• Understanding of key business drivers and competitive trends in the unsecured lending market.
• Analytical and good strategic thinking to leverage on data & formulate strategy.
• Self-driven and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Strong presentation skills both written and oral.
• Excellent communication & influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular product proposition review & refresh.
• Roll out tactical campaigns with understanding of portfolio customer behavior.
• Devise mechanics to excite and activate existing base.
• Attend to product inquiries and work with operations & tech teams.
• Conduct competitors’ analysis to identify improvements.
• Formulate and execute acquisition campaigns to attract signups.
