Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a seasoned VP in Financial Institutions Relationship Management to lead a portfolio of APAC clients, focusing on banks, insurance and wealth platforms. You will drive revenue, build senior-level partnerships and coordinate cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will identify opportunities, negotiate deals and monitor market developments to protect and grow OCBC's regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in covering banks, insurance, wealth platforms & credit institutions across the APAC region.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior client executives.
• Mastery of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive) required.

Responsibilities

• Be the global relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, comprising mainly the Insurance, Wealth Platforms & Credit Institutions Segment
• Strengthen the bank’s market position as a key go-to partner in Asia
• Drive new relationship initiatives, including developing new partnerships, and originating new transactions regionally
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and revenue delivery
• Joint customer visits/calls with product partners or senior managers to understand client’s business and obtain new opportunities
• Promote financial institutions products across Transaction Banking, Global Markets, Loans & Guarantee Solutions
• Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, country risk and provide updates
