Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experience in financial services or investment banking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into well-defined initiatives, problem statements, options and target outcomes.
- Develop rigorous business cases, including baseline analysis, financial models, benefits, costs, dependencies, implementation options and delivery risks.
- Scope workstreams, define deliverables and milestones, establish governance, and create practical mobilisation and execution plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams through influence, setting direction and ensuring accountability without formal line management.
