Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies and their application in driving operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage at executive and board levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI and transformation agenda aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to improve performance and decision-making.
• Partner with business, engineering, product, and IT leaders to deliver and scale transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Establish transformation governance, metrics, and value realization frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration for adoption.
• Build and develop Enterprise AI Transformation capability and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance and board updates on priorities, progress, risks, and business impact.
