Qualifications
- Minimum degree in Business Management or related field.
- 10+ years in business transformation in investment banking or financial services.
- 5+ years in financial modelling, scenario analysis, cost–benefit assessment.
- Experience shaping strategic initiatives and business cases with financials.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, Excel & PowerPoint; Copilot experience.
- Experience writing AI prompts/use cases to improve productivity.
- End-to-end project delivery with governance and benefits realization.
- Strong communication, influencing stakeholders at VP/ED level.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into defined initiatives and outcomes.
- Develop rigorous business cases with baseline analysis and delivery risks.
- Define workstreams, deliverables, milestones, governance.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and engage senior stakeholders.
- Ensure benefits are measurable and realisable.
- Identify practical AI prompts and use cases to boost productivity.
