Qualifications
- Minimum degree in business management or related field.
- 10+ years in business transformation within financial services.
- 5+ years in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Experience turning strategy into executable workstreams.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Strong stakeholder engagement at VP/ED/MD levels.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into defined initiatives and targets.
- Develop business cases with financials, costs and benefits.
- Define workstreams, milestones, governance and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
- Ensure benefits are measurable and realised.
- Engage global stakeholders across regions.
