Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore seeks a Vice President, Organisation & People (Learning) to lead business-aligned capability strategies and measurable learning solutions. The role partners with O&P, business leaders and external partners to raise workforce readiness and performance.

Responsibilities include learning partner for segments, grade-based development, digital maturity, and governance of learning systems, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement across Temasek’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Learning, Leadership Development or related CoE role.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Ability to diagnose capability gaps and shape learning plans with budgets in mind.
• Strong program design and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of digital capability maturity, analytics and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Learning Partner for assigned business segments and partners.
• Own horizontal grade-based development journeys across the firm.
• Build digital capability maturity models and adoption roadmaps.
• Lead capability domains within Temasek’s learning architecture and governance.
• Own SAP SuccessFactors Learning governance, dashboards and reporting.
• Drive disciplined delivery, measure impact and enable learning transfer.
