Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee the People & Culture team and the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore.

The role involves advising the Deputy CEO on HR and people-related matters, developing workforce plans, and driving talent acquisition, development, and reward strategies. You will manage HR operations, governance, analytics, and compliance with Singapore employment laws, while leading transformation and digitalisation across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of HR and payroll experience with team leadership.
• Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
