Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development, implementation and governance of the Bank’s Sustainability framework and policy. You will engage senior stakeholders across three lines of defence, shaping sustainability initiatives and ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will work with Product, Risk, Compliance and Platforms teams to drive awareness and adoption of sustainable practices, while managing change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant professional certification(s) in sustainability will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years in industry experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in banking preferred.
• Familiarity with financial products, services, and processes is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Sustainability framework and policy.
• Manage governance forums related to Sustainability framework and policy development.
• Monitor regulatory developments, conduct impact assessments, and lead change implementation.
• Develop and implement tools, processes, and controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support post-implementation reviews and manage user feedback on policy effectiveness.
• Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and reviews related to Sustainability policy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all three lines of defence and across Product, Risk, Compliance, and Platforms.
